[Included in this file are three photographs
---Headshot of Matsumoto Ryu (Ritsu), Guardian/teacher
---Hiro/Soubi's mother and father. The father is standing straight, watching his wife with a shy but proud smile. His mother is leaning over, laughing and looking at the camera. They appear to be in their early twenties.
---Hiro/Soubi school photograph, aged approx 15]

Name: Matsuda Hiro
Sex: Male
Age: 20
D.O.B.: 28 September
Blood Type: A

Height: 6'3" 1/2
Weight: 190lbs
Eyes: Grey/Blue
Hair: Blond

Birthplace: Tokyo, Japan
Nationality: Japanese

Family History: Hiro was orphaned at the age of 5 after his parents died in a car accident. With no known blood relatives, he was placed under the care of a family friend, Ryu Matsumoto.

Life History: Soubi was orphaned at five and taken in by his mother's co-worker, Matsumoto Ryu. Ryu was the headmaster of a prestigious boarding school and intended for Hiro to take over from him. He was often cold towards Hiro and, after losing his temper one day, hit the boy. Originally intending to apologise, he realised how quickly Hiro submitted when afraid. Over time, it began to happen a little more. Enjoying the control, Ryu's mind began to go to darker places and, some years later, when Hiro was in his teens, the sexual abuse began, though it wasn't as frequent. Hiro, being raised into this violent and unstable life became submissive and easily controlled. Physical contact of any nature makes him wary and he had no friends as a child, spending his time in class, with Matsumoto or simply alone. There was a brief investigation after an anonymous source reported a fear for Hiro's safety. Nothing ever came of it due to a lack of evidence and Hiro's unwillingness to speak. A bribe may or may not have been involved. After an argument, when Hiro was 17, Ryu threw him out of the school. Hiro was taken up by a student outside of the school, Ryu intending to prove that Hiro had nobody else. Once again, however, Hiro found himself in an abusive relationship, this time the abuse was emotional. Hiro, craving love, would do anything Ritsuo told him to do, or even hinted towards. Using money left by his parents and money he worked for, Soubi began attending art college. He began to call himself Soubi to escape his previous life. At first it began as a name, but as a fellow student, Shinro, began to talk to him more and more, Hiro began to fabricate more of Soubi's life. Shinro was concerned about certain aspects of Hiro's behavior and signs of self harm. He attempted to push Hiro into therapy. When Ritsuo split up with Hiro, he had a mental breakdown, believing himself to be Soubi and that Ritsuo had died, that pain being easier to live with somehow. Hiro was soon after admitted to Landel's.

Medical History:
Reports of physical abuse, though there were no doctors reports, there is only rumour that Hiro was injured a lot as a child. Matsumoto Ryu (guardian) very cooperative and allowed Hiro to be tested for various ailments that could lead to clumsiness. Refused any tests for sexual abuse, afraid it could harm the boy's already fragile mental state, due to the loss of his parents. All tests came out clear.

Admitted overnight to hospital after carving 'beloved' into his own neck.

Signs of depression, self harm and compulsive lying upon entering college. Again, no doctors reports available, only rumour.

Admittance to Landel's Institute.

Current Status: Experimental Treatment - Success undetermined - results so far have been negative but minor: Hiro has sunk lower into depression, believes the scar on his neck has changed.

Hiro has become attached to a young boy by the name of Jordan Becker. Nurses have observed that Hiro appears submissive at times to the boy. While it appears Hiro would not intentionally harm the child, there are concerns that the relationship could be unsavory. Staff are attempting to slowly pull the two apart without provoking an unwanted reaction.

Other patients Hiro appears to have bonded with are Ryan O'Donohue, Sara Davis and Dennis Mitchell. This is an encouraging development from a man who has often been alone and it is hoped he will 'come into himself' through these friendships.

Injuries include scratched to his neck, self inflicted, and other injuries believed to be caused by distressed behavior.

Hiro has been visited by his Guardian who is discussing the possibility of taking him home upon improvements. Hiro showed expected signs of distress, but a positive response to the offer of returning home. His depression worsened after the visit, but staff are making attempts to use the offer as motivation.

Working Diagnosis:
Dissociative identity disorder.
Main symptoms involved:
* attitudes and beliefs that are not similar to each other
* distortion or loss of subjective time
* depersonalization
* amnesia
* depression
* flashbacks of abuse/trauma
* sudden anger without a justified cause
* lack of intimacy and personal connections
* panic/anxiety attacks [rare]
* auditory hallucinations of the personalities inside their mind
Currently receiving anti-depressants and pain killers. Dose is being lowered daily, though the anti-depressants shall continue.

At least compared to people in damned. Maybe he's gone a few places he shouldn't have, taken things he wasn't supposed to, but all for the love of him master and so on. His crimes would get him cautioned at best, I'd imagine XD

Mental Crimes:
When it comes to mental crimes? Soubi is filled with guilt. Everytime his master fails to smile, everytime he thinks he's being disloyal to his previous master, everytime he thinks about his teacher. So many things make him feel guilty. He has to be perfect or he's failed. And the smallest things feel like the biggest failures to him.

Aquilas
He lost his ears/is not a virgin XD

Telepaths
I imagine it would be difficult but not impossible. He was very well trained, but lately he's been letting go and worrying a little too much. He'd probably keep his thoughts well guarded around strangers, but if anything were to make him worry or feel guilty, his mind will become a muddled mist of emo, probably. His thoughts aren't clear but they'd be more accessible.

Things may change if he begins to gain more confidence again.

Angel
Human with a soul.

Zexion
Cigarette smoke, dead butterflies and paint.

Kakashi
Soubi get;s his power from words to create, well, word spells. A lot if a sort of...power of suggestion. Inspiration comes from surroundings and I imagine some of the energy might too. But I'm open either way.

Shinigmai Eyes
Nothing unusual. Name and lifespan can be seen.

Artemis
Soubi can perform word spells. I imagine...they're backed up with some degree of feigned confidence, but there'd be strong undertones of worry and sadness. If he fails as a fighter, he fails at life and nobody will want him :| Buuut, he was, and still is, considered the strongest Fighter. So he does have a good deal of confidence in his abilities. And some pride. And determination.
Does that help? XD

Nigredo
I'd say this was the same as with Telepaths. He is incredibly guarded at times, but if he begins to worry (which he does a lot lately) he'll be easier to influence. If, however, he is influenced to do something that would obviously harm Ritsuka or Kio in ANY way, he'll be more likely to fight it. If it's not obviously harmful, he can probably be tricked.

This may change once he begins to pick himself up again.

Blue Beetle
Soubi is human and can use Word Spells. They're generally used in Spell Battles against another Fighting pair but can be used to influence or attack an individual without any skill. The only spells he has at Landel's are to cut, suffocate and make someone sleepy XD

Soubi was orphaned at a young age and taken into the care of Minami Ritsu, his mother's Sacrifice. Ritsu-sensei could, on occasion, be kind to Soubi, but most of his lessons were harsh, designed to strengthen Soubi and mold him into the perfect fighter unit.

Ritsu was the one to take Soubi's ears, claiming it had nothing to do with the boys likeness to his mother. Soubi grew up believing he'd belong to Ritsu as his Fighter. This was not to be the case, however.

Aoyagi Seimei, a young boy of fifteen, chose Soubi to be his Fighter. Soubi was a blank and spare, able to adapt to any Sacrifice. He argued at first, not willing to leave Ritsu-sensei, but upon meeting Seimei, he knew he had no choice. The young boy took him away and carved a new name into Soubi's neck. There and then, Soubi became Beloved's fighter and his reputation as a perfect weapon grew.

Soubi attended an Art College when he wasn't busy as Beloved. He kept to himself, wishing only to study, but an annoying individual, by the name of Kaido Kio, began to pester him. Soubi brushed the man's attention off until he saw the tattoo. Suddenly he had an interest in Kio and the two became friends.

Before his death, Seimei had ordered Soubi to go to his little brother, Aoyagi Ritsuka, should anything happen. Soubi obeyed the order and sought out the young boy. Ritsuka wouldn't open up to him easily but Soubi was persistent. Kio observed that he was even becoming more human.

Soubi desperately sought Ritsuka's commands, but they were few and far between.
After fighting a pair called 'Zero', Soubi took them into his home, despite the fact that they cheated and wounded him. He became attached to the young boys (never openly admitting it, however) and was quite sad when they left. He confessed to kio that he felt like garbage, something that was easily cast aside, as it had happened so many times in his life.

Things got worse has Soubi learned that Seimei was still alive and reunited with his True Fighter, Nisei. He went immediately to Ritsuka and begged the boy to let them both run away together. Ritsuka was determined to stay put however and soon after they embarked on a journey to find Seven Moons, the group that Seimei had belonged to and were responsible for his 'death'.

Likes:
Ritsuka
Art
Cooking
Punishment/Forgiveness
Japanese History
Smoking
Beer

Dislikes:
Meaningless/Unnecessary pain
Liars
Most people who aren't Ritsuka
Abandonment
Making decisions
Feelings
